By maintaining your heating and cooling equipment you will experience Lower Utility Bills, Inflation Protection, Extended Equipment Life, and Fewer Repairs. More benefits to our DCA program are listed as follows:
1. Comfort Cash
Customers who enroll their existing heating and cooling equipment in our DCA program will receive $50.00 credit toward each unit enrolled and renewed in the program. This credit is applied towards your new unit in the future.
2. 10% Discount
Another benefit to our DCA program is that you will receive a 10% discount on diagnostics, labor, and materials used to repair your enrolled equipment.
3. Priority Customer
Your units and/or equipment enrolled with our DCA program permit you to become our priority customers. Although we pride ourselves on our swift response time, your units enrolled will now be serviced with priority and our 24-hour emergency service.
4. No Afterhours Rates on Emergencies
Our current diagnostic fee during the day is $89 and afterhours is $152. As a Discount Club Member you will only pay $75, no matter what time of day or night... even on holidays.
5. More precision tune ups
This membership includes 2 precision tune ups for the heating equipment and 1 precision tune up on the cooling side. Our furnaces in northeastern Ohio run 8 months out of the year on average. Therefore it is important to have your units checked twice per year to make sure they are running properly.
