  • I work at Kenisee Lake Thousand Trails Campground in Jefferson, Ohio. Even though we are closed for the season, I have to stay here to look over the campground. I needed the Welcome Center and home serviced. I called the receptionist and spoke with her regarding what I needed to have done. She was very polite and understood exactly what I needed. She made the appointment for me in a couple of days. That really surprised me, because the weather had been extremely cold and bad. I thought since it was not an emergency that it would take longer. The technician arrived about half hour early on the scheduled appointment. The receptionist had called and confirmed the earlier time with me that day to see if that was okay. The technician was very polite, very professional and respectful to the home and welcome center. He knew exactly what he had to do and got right to work. After he had finished, he went over some other options that may help us with our heating and cooling problems. I would highly recommend Ryan Heating & Cooling, Inc. for anyone that may need help with their heating or cooling systems that you may need for your business or home.
