With our priority program, you’ll never be left in the cold, stuck without AC in the heat of summer, or forced to take ice-cold showers due to a down hot water heater. We eliminate the frustration that often comes with waiting for help or paying high costs for service calls, ensuring you never feel stranded by a sudden system problem.
Comprehensive Benefits Included in the Program
Our program starts at $13.32 per month and includes the following benefits: you come first. We’ll move you to the first in the line if you have an HVAC or any system problem that is enrolled in our Priority Service Program. We handle your call the same day so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that priority support is always available to you.
You also receive 50% off the cost of HVAC system diagnostics—significantly reducing the expense of getting expert insight into any issues. When your HVAC unit is serviced regularly, we can catch minor problems before they become costly repairs, maintaining both your comfort and your investment.
Preventative Maintenance and Added Value
Take advantage of one precision tune-up on heating and one for your cooling unit every year, with no service cost at the time of visit—these tune-ups are included as part of your program membership. All service parts replaced within three years of installation while you are enrolled in the Priority Service Program are covered, helping you avoid surprise expenses and enjoy continuous system reliability.
Receive a 10% discount on all labor and materials every time we service your system. Plus, for every piece of equipment you sign up for the Priority Service Program per year, you’ll receive a $50 credit on your account towards a new unit in the future. Cleaner, Efficient, and Worry-Free Operation
We keep equipment clean and optimized, which lowers your utility bills over time. The first year of the program is a minimum of 12 months. After that, if you are not 100% satisfied, simply send us an email or letter requesting cancellation and we will discontinue the contract. If there is any remaining balance due, the balance will be invoiced with payment due within 30 days, ensuring a fair and flexible approach to program participation.
