Scheduling was easy and I was informed of when the technician was on his way and when he would arrive. The technician, Corey, was friendly and considerate, and was careful not to bring snow or dirt into the house. He identified the problem, explained to me what needed to be done, and implemented a temporary solution until the needed part could be obtained. When the part was available he returned exactly as scheduled and efficiently made the repair. The cost seemed reasonable and I am very satisfied with the service that was provided.
Ethan was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. He explained what he would be doing for the oil heating system maintenance, answered all of our questions, and also put some extra time and effort into getting our "smart" thermostat working the way it should. Highly recommend!
